This was my third property purchase but my first with Terri and Bethany and The Power of Two Team and I will never, NEVER seek another sales or listing agency to replace them! Their attention to detail, knowledge of the market, thorough evaluation of every property detail my wife and I requested to see, went beyond our expectations. They pointed out concerns and thoroughly reviewed properties so we not only got the home we wanted but also a great investment. They NEVER pushed to just make the sale!
Additionally, their interoffice communications and responses whenever we had questions or concerns was immediate and conclusive. We were never left foundering during any part of the home buying process. As an example, the day before our closing, the lender wanted to postpone the closing for 1 week due to a backlog of settlements occurring at the time. Enter Bethany Drew who not only contacted this national lender but sought out the District Manager and after a brief but stern conversation got the closing scheduled to the original time. Who are going to find to go to bat for you against a National Bank? ... Bethany Drew, that's who!
Terry and Bethany have only my highest regards, and now with the addition of Cameron Drew to their team I can only imagine the bar is being raised again for service in the Real Estate Market!

Chris has over 12 years in business processing specializing in technical and process development. She joined the Power of 2 Team in 2017 and became the closing coordinator. Chris oversees all aspects of buyer and seller transaction from executed purchase agreement to closing. Her responsibilities include updating and maintaining communication with clients, agents, title officers, and lenders. She coordinates inspections, walk-thru and settlement schedules. She is mother to a beautiful 16 year old, in her free time she enjoys to workout, spend time with family, and listen to music.
